BRPartners offers a Form Checking Service for clients who wish to have their application forms and supporting documents reviewed before submitting them to UK Visas and Immigration. This service is available for all types of applications, including entry clearance, in-country applications, EEA, human rights, appeals, spouse/fiancé(e), student, work, naturalisation, British passports, and minors.
What is the Form Checking Service?
The Form Checking Service provides the opportunity for clients to have their application reviewed by an experienced, legally qualified fee earner. This ensures peace of mind that your application is complete and correctly filled out before submission.
The service is available by appointment only, with payment required at the time of booking. The appointment fee is non-refundable. Please refer to the terms and conditions below. The standard Form Checking Service fee applies Monday to Friday. Weekend and evening appointments are available but will incur additional charges.
Appointment Process
- The length of the appointment will vary depending on the number of applicants.
- Each adult applicant must attend in person. If the application is joint (e.g., married or civil partners), both applicants must attend. Children under 18 do not need to attend.
- Bring the completed application form(s) and all supporting documents as listed in the guidance notes on the UK Visas and Immigration website.
- Bring the required payment for UK Visas and Immigration.
Please note: Only original documents will be accepted.
During the appointment, the fee earner will:
- Ensure your application form is completed correctly.
- Check your original supporting documents (e.g., passport, certificates).
- Confirm that the correct payment is made to UK Visas and Immigration.
- Advise if any further documentation is required. If you do not bring all the necessary documentation, a second appointment may be required, and an additional fee will apply.
If you choose to proceed with your application despite not meeting the basic requirements, you will be asked to sign a disclaimer form.
BRPartners Form Checking Service Terms and Conditions
- The appointment fee is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
- The appointment fee is for the use of BRPartners’ Form Checking Service, separate from any fees paid directly to UK Visas and Immigration for your application.
- Fees are non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment or if your application does not meet the requirements for submission to UK Visas and Immigration.
- If you are late for your appointment, you will need to reschedule and pay the appointment fee again.
- All adult applicants (over 18) must attend, complete the application form beforehand, and bring all supporting documents.
- If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 3 full working days’ notice by phone or email. Appointments can only be rescheduled once.
